National Trails Day Celebration

Celebrating the treasured trails of our region

National Trails Day is a nationally coordinated event to unite all muscle-powered trail activities. Thousands of National Trails Day Celebrations are led throughout the United States. In the Susquehanna Riverlands, our team of partners created a fun outdoor event to celebrate our amazing land and water trails. Join us on the first Saturday in June anytime between 10 am and 3 pm to hit on the trail, learn about our heritage, and explore our natural and cultural resources. Free educational programs, guided tours, and vendors will be available throughout the event.

This event is organized by the Susquehanna Riverlands Conservation Landscape which includes partners such as the Lancaster County Conservancy, Pennsylvania Department of Conservation and Natural Resources, Susquehanna Heritage, Lancaster County Solid Waste Management Authority, Lancaster General Health’s Lighten Up Lancaster County initiative, the Northwest Lancaster County River Trail, Susquehanna Valley Chamber of Commerce, Conoy Township, Lancaster County Parks and Columbia Borough.
