Wrightsville Commons Park
Borough park and water trail access
Wrightsville Commons Park is located along the Susquehanna River in Wrightsville and near the John Wright Restaurant. Commons Park offers opportunities for fishing, birdwatching, launching canoes and kayaks, and sightseeing along the Susquehanna River.
The park also features interpretive panels telling of Wrightsville’s history and views of the remnants of the bridge piers burnt during the Civil War. Wrightsville Commons Park Access is part of the 53-mile Susquehanna River Water Trail-Lower Section. The trail is designated as a National Recreation Trail.
