Restored 1832 mill and water trail access

Home of the Washintgon Boro Society for Susquehanna River Heritage, this facility and access area are located just south of the village of Washington Boro in Manor Township. The site includes a restored 1832 Whitmer Grist Mill and provides river access for canoes and kayaks to explore the Conejohela Flats.

The water access point is part of the 53-mile Susquehanna Water Trail – Lower section, which is managed by Susquehanna Heritage and designated as National Recreation Trail.
