Falmouth Access
Water trail access
This river access point offers a neat phenomenon to visitors on the river: the Conewago Potholes. When the river falls below 4 feet, the potholes are at the best state for viewing. The trail to the potholes begins on the west side of the parking lot. The trail will turn left toward the river for viewing the potholes. PFBC Un-powered Boat Launch Permits are required for paddlers using this access.
Falmouth Access is part of the 53-mile Susquehanna River Water Trail – Lower Section, managed by Susquehanna Heritage. The Susquehanna River Water Trail – Lower Section is designated as a National Recreation Trail.
