Shenks Ferry Wildflower Preserve is a 85 acre nature preserve in Conestoga Township. A popular destination to walk and view more than 70 seasonal species of native wildflowers found along the wooded ravine greets visitors to this preserve. For a preserve trail map, click here.

Grubb Hollow, a designated high quality warm water fishery, meanders through the preserve flowing to the Susquehanna River.

A great birding location where more than 50 birds have been observed or heard within this preserve. Green Hill Road is a rugged road and parking is limited. Hike at your own risk. The preserve is managed by the Lancaster County Conservancy.

Visit the Conservancy website at www.lancasterconservancy.org to learn more about hiking, hunting, and parking conditions and any restrictions.
