Wissler Run Preserve

Lancaster County Conservancy Nature Preserve and hiking trail

The 18-acre woodland sanctuary lies between Susquehannock State Park and Muddy Run Lake. Several beautiful pools dot the stream in this habitat where a wide variety of flora and fauna thrive.

While there are no clearly marked hiking trails, waterfalls spill into quiet pools of water that flow into shallow marshes which make the preserve an inviting retreat for birds and other animals.
