Hawk Point and Wisslers Run Overlooks located in Susquehannock State Park offer panoramic views of the lower Susquehanna River and the surrounding area. The Conowingo Reservoir, Peach Bottom Atomic Power Station, Muddy Run pump storage hydroelectric plant, Holtwood dam, and the Norman Wood Bridge can be seen from the overlooks.
Located downriver on the far left of Hawk Point, visitors can see Mount Johnson Island, the world’s first bald eagle sanctuary.
