Iron furnace history center

The Musselman-Vesta Iron Furnace Center is a restored two story building and one of the last vestiges of the iron industry that flourished until 1930. Located within Chickies Rock County Park along the Northwest Lancaster County River Trail the center now serves as an ideal location to learn about and explore the surrounding area. Exhibits include photographs and ledgers from local iron furnaces, tools, and material samples.
